Biodynamic French wines from Saint Tropez (Provence)
For our first red wine we used a traditional blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a hint of Grenache. All hand harvested, the Grenache and Cabernet grapes were fermented in 500 liter oak barrels, rotated regulary using the vinification integrale technique. This lends a unique sophistication and finesse before ageing 12 months in French oak barrels.
