Biodynamic French wines from Saint Tropez (Provence)
Our new red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes come from the posterior blocks of the Fondugues estate. Protected by trees on all sides, this stony rich soil is cooled by misty sea fogs in the mornings and have full sun all day long. All hand harvested, a portion of the grapes were fermented in 500 liter oak barrels, rotated regulary using the vinification integrale technique. This labor intensive technique lends a unique sophistication and finesse before ageing 12 months in French oak barrels.

This wine is a true expression of our terroir whereby the Cabernet Sauvignon reveals itself progressively. Blackfruits and violets finish off with vanilla notes.
