Biodynamic French wines from Saint Tropez (Provence)
Our first rosé is a one of a kind blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) tempered with Syrah (30%). This dry rosé showcases our commitment to make blends not found elsewhere. Our grapes were harvested at perfect ripeness by hand at night in order to preserve freshness and light colour. Both Syrah and Cabernet are cold fermented in stainless steel tanks, then bottled early in the new year. This rosé can be enjoyed for two years or more while preserving it’s subtle character and color.
