Our signature rosé is a one of a kind blend made from our Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Mourvedre grapes.  Our grapes were harvested at perfect ripeness by hand at night and directly pressed in whole clusters in order to preserve freshness and light pink color.   All are cold fermented in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve vibrant aromatics.  This rosé can be enjoyed for years as the flavors mature while preserving it’s unique character and pale color.

Tasting notes

Couleur vive, belle floralité associée à la Syrah. Le mourvèdre apporte de la typicité provençale à ce rosé, les notes d'abricots confits assez prononcées, texture suave en bouche, aspect vineux et rond du cabernet. Acidité et fraîcheur, longueur en bouche qui permettent aux arômes de tenir dans le temps et maintenir le bouquet aromatique du vin.
