Description

This fuller-bodied sophisticated rosé made from noble grape varietals has light aromas of red summer fruits and citrus. Perfect for food pairings it is at first lush and lively on the palate with a subtle finish of anis.

 

Color:  light peach

Nose:   Citrus, cherry, small red fruits, fraise des bois

Mouth:  Rounder, finale fraicheur anisée

Cinsault 61%, Mourvedre 39%

Fermentation

Indigenous yeasts, Malolactic fermentation, Temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks

Night harvest by hand in 12 kilo crates
