Description

Rouge d’Été is our go-to easy-drinking red.  Its intense cherry aromas from fermenting in stainless steel tanks and its roundness and gourmandise from fermenting in concrete eggs make it the right choice for any occasion.

Serve chilled at 14 degrees Celsius or at the more common 16 degrees Celsius for reds to make the cherry aromas even more intense.
