Dinner at Le Chai (back next Summer season)
Our resident chefs from around the world will come create unique culinary experiences for our guests who will dine in our vines.
There will be eight exclusive seats at the chef`s table, in addition to four outdoor tables facing Fondugues Pradugues 11 hectares of vines.
Each course of the chef’s 5-course meal will be perfectly curated to complement one of our biodynamic wines.
We work with organic farmers of the region to equip our chefs with the highest quality produce that is grown both locally and responsibly.
