La Table du Chef (will be back next Summer)
Our resident chefs from around the world will come create unique culinary experiences for our guests who will dine in our vines.
There will be eight exclusive seats at the chef`s table, in addition to four outdoor tables facing Fondugues Pradugues 11 hectares of vines.
Each course of the chef’s 5-course meal will be perfectly curated to complement one of our five biodynamic wines.
We work with organic farmers of the region to equip our chefs with the highest quality produce that is grown both locally and responsibly.
Chef Erica Archambault will lead off the Chef’s Table after five years of working at Septime as Bertrand Grébaut’s sous chef.
Chef Antoine Villard will follow, drawing on its experiences in Europe as well as in Asia.
